Er. Surya Prakash Shah brings a formidable academic background to the Rail Chamber. He holds an M.Tech in Digital Electronics and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communications from the prestigious Rajeev Gandhi Prodyogiki Vishwavidyalaya (RGPV), Bhopal. Currently, he is furthering his contribution to the field of technology by pursuing a Ph.D. in Digital Electronics & Communications.

His deep technical foundation in electronics and communications is perfectly aligned with the Indian Railways' current shift toward digital signaling, telecommunications, and AI-driven operations.
