The Governing Body of the Rail Chamber serves as the highest decision-making authority, overseeing the association’s strategic direction, governance framework, financial transparency, and compliance with all regulations applicable to a Section 8 Company, and is composed of the Board of Directors along with eminent industry leaders, senior executives from member organizations, representatives from government and academic institutions, and advisors, collectively responsible for approving major policies and initiatives while providing overall governance and oversight of the organization.
